MyABCM is a sophisticated application for an effective Strategic Cost Management and Performance,
with numerous benefits and features. Created from the experience of our company's participation in more than 600
projects costing Strategic MyABCM is a revolutionary software, simple to work with and at the same time very powerful. It is
fully configurable and supports different methodologies, in particular the activity-based costing (ABC / M), activity-based

What is ABC/M?
ABC/M is a technique whereby costs and expenses are assigned through the activities and the processes, performed by the company,
to a group of Products, Clients, Services, Channels, Markets ... These cost assignments are done through carefully studied criteria
called drivers, showing a cause and effect relationship between sources and destinations.
ABC / M helps organizations to answer questions like:
- Which Products, Services, Channels and Customers must I maintain, optimize or in many cases discontinue? How do we optimize our profitability?
- How can we effectively reduce costs and optimize performance?
- What is the percentage of value-added activities and the impact on costs?
- How are direct and indirect costs being assigned to Products, Customers, Services and Distribution Channels? Through which activities and processes? Which ones should we investigate and redesign?
- Do we have capacity to increase by 20% the production of a specific item or sale of a service and how much will it cost? Do we have bottlenecks and broken constraints for such an operation?
- What is the impact of idle capacity on the total cost of a particular product or service? If we reduce idle capacity by 5% what will our profitability increase be?
- Why are we reporting customer loss? Is this related to the products the customer buys, the negotiated terms or the demand of efforts to serve this particular customer?
- What are the costs and number of people involved in Support Processes versus Core Processes?
- What is the impact of eliminating a Product or Customer on our profitability?
