Usability

Undo / Redo Functions

Mistakes are easily corrected as the software has a multilevel undo / redo function which allows multiple undo and redo. For today's dynamic organizations, it is often necessary to create new cost centers, activities or cost objects. The Undo / Redo function greatly helps the process of updating and adapting these structures in the cost model.

Drag & Drop Functions

Allow quick change of the model's structure, through the use of drag and drop to reflect the business changes. This functionality also allows a very quick and easy replication of the assignments from one item to another or between one item to a specific center.

Copy and Paste

Supports moving information to other applications such as Excel, by using Copy and Paste commands.

Sorting

With one mouse click over a column, the structure is sorted based on that column's values (ascending or descending order).

Keyboard shortcuts for creating structure

Speeds up the manual structure creation by using shortcut keys to create structures and hierarchies.

Automatic Reports for Validation

The One-Page Visual Brief feature rapidly displays a validation of the models characteristics and checks if the Resources match the Cost Objects, without requiring multiple reports every time the model's structure or the costs for a specific period need validation.

Analysis View

Allows the user to save favorite views of information such as Direct versus Received Costs for future analysis.

Direct and dynamic connection with Microsoft Excel

Allows flexible analysis directly and dynamically in Excel, which represents a "common language" among all the company's departments.

Graphic Reports in the same interface

Charts dynamically linked to the cost model let any changes made in the model to instantly be reflected in the chart without the need to generate a new parallel data set or cube after every calculation. Many chart types are available, including features such as: 80/20, Suppress Zero, Pivot, among others.
