n the day to day operations, a very important aspect is the software's ease of use. Additionally, the availability of MyABCM technical team is important. Having a reliable and open communication channel is a very important factor to ensure the use of the software, especially since the process of monthly closing in the company is time sensitive.

An important indicator of the stability and ease of use of the tool is the quick response from technical support for help with MyABCM. This service is always available, ready and efficient. In short MyABCM has supported us with the product technical features. But another relevant aspect that I'd consider is the good relationship created between the two companies. Any solution, no matter how good technically, is not sustained without a true partnership and a good relationship.
