At the project's end, thanks to the excellent work by the team, we were achieved all of the project's goals. We were able to implement an ABC model of 55 activities and more than 50 cost drivers. The project was developed in an seven month period, including the full functional integration of the software. The Qualtia Operating Committee analyzed the model and has been very pleased the project's results, making this took a central support in business decision making. Currently the profitability model is the most important decision support tool at Qualtia and is the key aspect of in the majority of the organization's key projects.
