CBSS, the Brazilian Company of Solutions and Services, is the administrator of Visa Vale cards. Its shareholders include Banco do Brasil, Santander, Bradesco and Visa International.
Founded in 2003, CBSS is already one of the leading firms in the benefits segment and brought innovation and sustainability to this market by offering its products through electronic cards, breaking with the traditional paper vouchers and saving many trees in the process. With a trim structure, it counts on the strength of the internationally accepted Visa brand and the Visanet network for businesses, with 60 thousand company clients, and is known for its excellence in operations and customer service.
CHALLENGE
In 2007, the Comptroller area was asked to improve the bottom line results. To do this, it needed to have a better comprehension of how its products behaved in relation to costs, which would in turn lead to a better pricing policy.
SOLUTION
To put this strategy into action, many different types of software were analyzed. After various supplier presentations, the MyABCM solution was selected because it meets the company’s needs, it offers the best cost-benefit, and it also offers a help desk that is always available to help us with any doubts we have about the system.
RESULTS
With the implementation of this tool, it is now possible to create reports of indirect costs with crosschecking data, listing costs per Channel, Client and Product. The MyABCM system also makes it possible to visualize which processes are more expensive and less relevant to the company’s growth strategy, and thus makes it possible to make more assertive decisions, increase the profitability of its products, and calculate profits per Channel.
