CONTECON MANZANILLO, S.A DE C.V, is a Subsidiary of ICTSI (International Container Terminal Services, Inc.), a Filipino company founded in 1987. ICTSI has a presence around the world with 32 terminals; Africa, Asia, Europe and America. In America, ICTSI has terminals in: Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Honduras, Colombia and Argentina.

Port Services currently face greater competition and greater pressure to have good levels of profitability, so, not only an income statement is necessary; it’s necessary to have a process of cost management based on activities, where the actions of the entire organization are always aligned to the strategic aspects and profitability of the business; That’s why CONTECON MANZANILLO needed a tool to help us determine the profitability of each one of our maneuvers.
