GOING (Global Operations International Group) the companies that make up the group specialize in providing security and efficiency through their infrastructure, guaranteeing the correct management of import and export operations to the foreign trade community and the logistics actors that interact in it.
CHALLENGE
As background, I can comment that, due to the initiative of the management, there was a strong concern in knowing the profitability of our services. We already had some short and focused costing exercises, but we were looking for a more complete solution.
SOLUTION
It was then that we contacted the MyABCM team, who offered us a comprehensive advice, training and software solution to obtain cost and profitability data more quickly and conveniently.
We worked together with MyABCM and during the year we had to carry out certain internal developments to facilitate the flow of information to MyABCM, but these developments were also very helpful so that we could better know all the information about the costs and expenses of the different companies and departments of the group.
RESULTS
As a result, we are very happy with what was obtained, since the cost model we have has already proven to provide crucial data for decision-making and we’ve only been working with this new modality of financial information for a few months.
